Congratulations to all the winners in the 6th Cinemalaya Film Festivals. All did a great part in making their movie possible. Merely finishing the films.
To start off the Best Director Award for the Director’s showcase was won by Gil Portes for his film: The Two Funerals, while the Best Film award went to Mark Meily. Mindanao Filmmaker, Sheron Dayoc bagged both the Best Film and Best Director Award for Halaw, for the New Breed Category. Lastly, for the Best Short Film and Best Short Film Director went to Wag Kang Titingin and Milo Tolentino (“P”) respectively. Continue reading
